EUROBET DO NOT PAY!!!!!!!!!!

Ho appena registrato un conto in questo forum solo per esprime il mio disappunto nei confronti di Eurobet.com. Sono un loro cliente da poche settimane, dopo che ho fatto vari versamenti e giocate alla fine ho vinto una scommessa, il giorno 13/11 ho fatto una richiesta di prelievo della vincita, qualche giorno dopo per un motivo che non ho mai avuto spiegazione da parte loro mi hanno bloccato il conto senza avviso. Dopo tre giorni avevo deciso di inviargli un email senza nessun esito da loro. Avevo deciso di chiamargli e mi sono stato chiesto di inviare dei documenti per verificare la mia identità  e una volta inviati il conto sara riaperto e il pagamento sara processato . Avevo inviato tutti i documenti una ora dopo. Erano passati dei vari giorni senza nessuna risposta, allora avevo deciso di chiamare di nuovo e mi hanno confermato che i documenti sono ancora sotto verifica e che sarò contatto al piu presto. Adesso e passato piu di un mese e mezzo dove ho dovuto chiamare piu di 6 volte ogni volta girano la mia chiamata da tre o quattro persone diverse mi danno sempre la conferma che sarò contatto al piu presto con una risposta e non ho mai ricevuto nessun tipo di comunicazione. Sono davvero deluso con il loro comportamento nei confronti dei loro clienti e sono molto perplesso per i miei soldi e ho il pensiero che non vedrò mai piu questi soldi. Sono un scommettitore su internet da piu di 3 anni e ho sempre usato come sito Betklass.com dove sinceramente con loro non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema ne per i pagamenti e soprattutto per le quote perché hanno un palinsesto molto ricco, e ho notato che recentemente hanno messo anche il POKER che e molto carino.


Recently I have opened an account with Eurobet.com after that I did some deposits and bets I have won a bet, three days later on the 13/11 I have requested a withdrawal of the winnings, four days after my withdrawal request I have noticed that for some reason which I never got an answer they have blocked my account without any advice. So I decided to send an email which even this time I never got a reply so after a week I phoned. I have been informed to send over some documentations in order to verify my identity and that as soon as they get these documents they will re-active my account and the withdrawal request will be processed immediately. I sent all the requested information a couple of minutes later. It have been passed another 3 days which I never got any response so I decided so call once again and they confirmed that the documents are still under verification. In the last three weeks I phoned more than 6 times and my phone calls have always been transferred from a person to another and they always gave me confirmation that they will get back to me as soon as possible, but after one and half month and I never and never got any response which is very ridicules from their end how to cooperate with their customers. Right now I am very worried about this situation because I think that I will never see my funds. In the past years I have always used Betklass.com as my preferable betting website and I can confirm that I never encountered any problems with them about payments and even about odds they offer a wide selection of events and recently I have noticed that they have launched the Poker which is very attractive.
