Brentford manager Wally Downes has a host of injuries to contend with after watching his play-off hopes receive a savage blow in the 4-0 defeat at Wycombe.
Ibrahima Sonko missed the defeat on Saturday with a hamstring injury and is not expected to return in time.

Fellow defender Leo Roget could be sidelined for up to a month with an ankle ligament injury.

Stephen Evans, Jamie Fullarton and Stephen Hunt all remain one week away from a first-team recall and will also miss out.

Evans is struggling with an Achilles problem, while Hunt has an ankle injury and Fullarton is nursing a leg injury.

Colchester are hopeful on-loan striker Gareth Williams will recover from a calf strain in time for the game.

The Crystal Palace forward, who has scored five goals since arriving in late January, came off midway through the first half in the 2-0 defeat at promotion-chasing Oldham.

Keeper Simon Brown was taken off with a groin problem during half-time at Boundary Park and faces a spell on the sidelines.

Adrian Coote may return from a lower leg problem, but Joe Dunne, Gavin Johnson, Mark Warren and Kevin Rapley remain long-term casualties.


In pratica i padroni di casa hanno 8 infortunati,mentre gli ospiti recuperano un attaccante e,anche se hanno pure loro degli infortunati,lo sono da parecchio tempo.Il Brentford è quasi in caduta libera,4 perse nelle ultime 5,ma gode di una posizione di classifica abbastanza sicura.Il Colchester invece è poco fuori la zona calda ed una vittoria esterna sarebbe un bel passo in avanti.Le motivazioni non mancano.Massima 3.80 da Nordic,ma ottimo 3.75 anche da Expekt.
