Yes Jay, the ATP site is right. It was Ferrer who was struggling at first to find his range (I now remember Niru saying) until he suddenly came alive in the middle of the second set, and then reeled off the match.
Popp, by the way, has come alive in the second set too. He finally began coming to the net (having surprisingly hugged the baseline until this point), broke Dupuis in the 7th game and is now serving for the second set at 5-4.
I have to say the StarSports coverage is pretty bad. No match statistics (serve percentages, points won/lost, etc.) and an immediate break for commercials as soon as every second game ends. Vijay is the only decent, experienced commentator, but the commentary is intermittent and totally devoid of verve.
