NUOVA CARTA POSTPAY RICARICABILE

Ho scritto anche io a betfair per avere notizie su come mai alcune postpay sono andate a buon fine ed alcune tra cui la mia no ma dopo 4 giorni ancora niente!!! WEB tu hai avuto nuove?????

Oggi mi è arrivata un e-mail di betfair in cui mi comunicavano la "temporanea" disabilitazione del mio conto per verifiche e mi hanno chiesto di inviare la documentazione relativa alla stessa e la mia personale.
Spero che al + presto me lo riattivino, mi sa tanto che ciò è causa delle vostre proteste.... heheehehehe

HO APPENA RICEVUTO UNA TELEFONATA DA BETFAIR I QUALI MI HANNO INFORMATO CHE HANNO CONSTATATO CHE ALCUNI DI NOI SONO RIUSCITI A REGISTRARE LA POSTPAY MA NON SANNO COME SPIEGARE QUESTO FATTO IN QUANTO A TUTT'OGGI IL LORO SISTEMA NON ACCETTA TALE CARTA, SI SONO MESSI IN MOTO CON CHI DI DOVERE PER FAR SI CHE PRIMA POSSIBILE POSSA ESSERE FATTIBILE LAREGISTRAZIONE IN QUANTO SOPRATUTTO HANNO RICEVUTO MOLTISSIME RICHIESTE IN TAL SENSO, LA SIGNORINA MI DICEVA CHE SU 10 E-MAIL CHE RICEVONO 6 RIGUATDANO QUESTO ARGOMENTO MI FARANNO SAPERE QUANTO PRIMA ALTRE NOTIZIE. Mi hanno mandato l'email che riporto. Per fortuna avevo messo due lire sul conto, tanto per vedere se e come fungeva, e infatti..

Dear Sir,

Due to some funding transactions on your account that has caused us some concern, we would like to request some documentation from you before we allow you to continue using your account. As result of this, your account has been temporarily suspended while this is processed.

Our accounts department have requested that you provide some proof of card ownership in order to assist in this matter. Please could you either fax or post the following to the address/number details below -

-clear copy of both the front and back of the card ending 6489,
-clear copy of those card statements showing the card number, name and address details,
-clear copy of a form of identification of yourself,
-clear copy of a recent telephone or utility bill sent to your address.

Kindly note that scanning the documents is also recommended. However, if you do not have access to a scanner, please make sure that the photo-copied images are enlarged, so they will be more clear.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter, but we are only proceeding as such to protect all parties involved, and we are by no means accusing you of any wrong-doings. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss this matter.

Ho chiesto spiegazioni (anche un po' incazzatello, visto che cmq prima mi hanno fatto depositare e poi succede il casino) con email in italiano, per cui immagino almeno una settimana per la risposta (SE arriverà !).

Io ho mandato un e-mail con in allegato copia della carta, copia della patente di guida estratto conto della carta copiato on-line dal sito delle poste e la copia del telegramma delle poste arrivato al mio indirizzo......
ma poco fà  mi è giunta quest'altra e-mail:

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your e-mail with attachment.

Please be informed that we await the following outstanding document:

-A copy of your bank statement that has your name, address and card number

or

-A copy of your utility or phone bill that is sent to your address

adesso, se ho ben tradotto la suindicata mi chiedono di inviargli una copia dell'estratto conto della banca con su il mio nome il mio indirizzo e il numero della carta...????
a prediscindere che la non ho un conto in BANCA (Posta) e che come tutti sanno e dovrebbero sapere anke loro visto che accettano la KALIBRA esistono credit card non legate ad un conto bancario mi chiedo cosa mai devo mandargli....????
Forse la seconda???
ma la seconda mi sembra che dica di inviare la fattura del telefono (ma non è a mio nome ma a nome di mia madre credo che quindi non vada bene!) o di una "utility" che sinceramente non so cosa possa essere!!!

Gli ho mandato il telegramma dell'attivazione del servizio on line che le poste mandano dopo la registrazione al sito contenente il codice di attivazione, visto che credevo che quel loro "UTILITY" si riferisse a qualcosa arrivatami via posta al mio indirizzo... cioè questo: "clear copy of a recent telephone or utility bill sent to your address" visto che come gia detto precedentemente la bolletta telefonica non è a mio nome.
