Hector Raul Cooper's last and the first victory has it's origins on 28.08.08 in Wales 2-1..One year flew away and the summary looks like : 1 win 5 draw and 9 loose..By the way Georgia have shown elements of good football.Such as won Half Times in Ireland and in Romania.And goalless draws on the home ground over Bulgaria and Montenegro.. Here we have huge addvantage and a lot of chances missed to score.This should be a match of Honour.The winless run should be interrupted.
Kobiashvili ( Schalke) Kenia (Schalke) Salukvadze(Rubin) Mchedlidze (Palermo) Khizanishvili (Blackburn) Ghvinianidze(Munchen1860) Dvalishvili (Macabi)who has scored already 4 goals in CH.League qualification, Merebashvili and Khamaladze from Dinamo Tb who have a nice match over Crvena Zvezda in Tbilisi..and so on..Plus some hopefull players from current Champion Wit Georgia ,Olipmi Rustavi and Zestafoni.
On the other side ,Malta's squad is full of players from National championship.The clubs from Malta have shown very poor football in eurpean competition.The only player who should be a danger for away side could be forward Mifsud ,but he is still without a club..
