Bwin.com e postepay

La settimana scorsa ho effettuato il primo versamento con postepay sul mio conto (.com), persa la giocata 2 giorni dopo ho provato a versare di nuovo ma questa volta l'operazione non è stata possibile.
questa la loro risposta alla mia email:

a parte il fatto che posso usare paypal a quanto pare quindi il problema può essere aggirato ma qual'è il senso di questa email? vogliono forse che gli invii i miei documenti e copia della carta? è per questo che non la ritengono 'sicura'?
