So I've finally started training for basketball, and even went out with my buddy and played some ball on a local hoop last weekend. It was great fun and I'm really enjoying having something to focus on to get fit for.
I've also been 5ft11 since my teen years, and I'm now 27 so I'm figuring I probably won't get any taller anytime soon. So I've found myself starting to look for NBA players around a similar height to study how they play, what skills they focus on, how they play against taller guys, etc. As a Raptors fan I've instantly become a fan of Kyle Lowry, a 6ft1 stocky guy who works so hard on the floor. And at exactly 6ft I know Chris Paul is another obvious candidate.
Who else would you say would be good for a 6ft rookie to study and learn from by watching their games?
