Rockets vs Wizards

Both teams have a record of 21-8 and as the Rockets come to play after having a tough game last night against the Spurs it is seen as an equal match-up by the bookies. It is likely to be so, as the Wizards have more energy and the Rockets have home court advantage.

There are 2 key factors to dictate the tempo of this game. As said, the Rockets have to play it in a back-to-back situation after having to compete against the defending champions for full 48 minutes and of course the Wizards know that trying to play an uptempo game against the Rockets in Houston is not the smartest thing to do. So, both teams should be more or less happy with playing the half-court offense.

Houston has been scoring at a lower rate in back-to-back situations as of late (95 points against SAC and 90 points against NOP) and Washington has been knowingly slowing the tempo against the high-scoring teams. We have 2 teams that match up well against each other defensively, so there will be a lot of dribbling and jumpshots. Neither of the teams should be good enough to run away with a blowout vistory, so we expect 4th quarter, close game intensity as well as reasons mentioned above to lead it to a low-scoring affair. Cerbiatti che si stanno comportando discretamente nel periodo, un pò troppi alti e bassi, come la W ad Atlanta di 30 e la L con gli Hornets in casa.
Oggi rivincita della partita di 1 settimana fa a campi invertiti, i calabroni la vinsero soprattutto dalla lunetta conquistando tanti viaggi dalla linea della carità mentre le % dal campo premiavano la squadra di Kidd.
Mancherà Sanders assenza non di poco conto ma Pachulia e Henson possono comunque fare un buon lavoro sui lunghi dei calabroni che è un nome solo, Al Jefferson.
Lui insieme a Walker hanno preso in mano la squadra che con l'assenza di Stephenson è ben povera di talento.
Per me partita vicina e prendo questo handicap che copre in caso di arrivo in volata.

Io sti Nets li bancherò sempre squadra che piace davvero poco e con giocatori ormai in parabola discendente (Deron, Joe e Garnett). Kings che con il rientro di Cousins possono ambire ad un posto nelle prime 8 anche se a Ovest è davvero complicato ma se vuoi avere un briciolo di speranza devi vincere queste partite.
Rientro importante quello di Cousins dicevo e in questa partita ha chance di fare bene visto che troverà Plumlee che in attacco si marca da solo e in difesa può far poco a contenere il centro dei Kings. Troverà anche Lopez che in difesa non mi fa impazzire mentre in attacco fai l suo due mani educate ma che ancora non è al 100% e i suoi numeri sono lontani dalle stagioni migliori.
L'assenza di Sessions non è da sottovalutare visto che dava il suo contributo dalla panchina e dava minuti di fiato a Collison però tant'è e la panchina dei Brooklyn non offre grandi garanzie.
