Magari no, non lo so.
e intanto domando a tutti i coninvolti,
Tacito,
e tutti,
siamo d'accordo,
(Carabinieri a parte, pare)
In passato, come vi ho già detto,

Dear Sirs,
the undersigned is personally owner of the Pinnacle account mentioned in subjects, but in this case I am asking your kind help in relation to an account, namely owned by a friend whom will completely identify according to your indications. He had some communication problem with your customer service, so I am now trying to understand if there is any way for him to come in possession of the information he needs concerning his account. Of course he will personally forward the formal request under all the conditions you will require, and by this letter I am actually kindly requiring your assistance in order to identify these formal conditions completely.
The account in object, though owned by a single person as required by Pinnacle Terms and Conditions, was a sort of common account, as a group of friends, and I am one of them, used to finance it and then bet together, in a small betting contest for which we used to communicate via an Italian forum we share. As you will easily be able to verify once the owner officially submits the request, we usually bet small stakes, 15-20 Eur or so. Well, during the night of Aug 17th 2008, an unknown hand fired two suicidal bets, numbered 126500613-1 and 126501039-1, reaching a total of 515+500=1015 Eur, which were duly lost and took our account to premature coma/death. The owner has not placed this bet, he will of course state and confirm all this to you personally and officially, as we all would like so much to identify the unauthorized bettor, who must have somehow taken the account password against the will of the legitimate owner. As you can once again verify, our account is dead, since then, and apart from thinking if and how we can restart our friendly contest, we would like first of all to find a way suitable to avoid such episodes in the future.
Now, my question is: what is the procedure through which the account owner can officially require the IP address from which those two bets were placed. I understand that privacy reasons generally prevent you from giving out such data to uninvolved subjects, but in this case it would be an account owner requiring crucial information concerning his own account, and related to an undesired event which could even imply some kind of judicial consequence. I will be glad to help my friend, the account owner, to formulate the request properly, as it seems that up to now it has not been cleared what the correct procedure should be.
I thank for your attention, and awaiting your kind reply I send you my best regards.

Dear Ms Susana,
you are really very kind.
I try to minimize disturbance,
just give me one more info if you can:
is there any kind of problem or circumstance which could prevent
Pinnacle from revealing a customer complete details concerning a
bet on his own account,
especially in such a particular case as the one I described?
An email requiring the relevant data is sufficient
to fulfill your corporate procedures?
Of course no way we are going to consider Pinnacle responsible
of the event, it is wholly within owner's sphere.
Thanks again,
and best regards.

Subject: Infomatio request on Third Part Authority Board
Dear Sirs,
I would like to require a formal information concerning
claim and complaint relationships between Pinnacle and custromers.
Please inform me which jurisdiction and betting board are
in force as far as betting with Pinnacle is concerned,
as I am going to file a complaint case.
I had similar experiences for a problem with BetFair,
and I am aware that a Third Party independent Board
is designated in order to analyze and solve all cases
where Pinnacle and customer do not find a direct agreement.
I need now to know what independent Authority
must be activated in order to file a report against Pinnacle
and require independent third-party decision.
I remain waiting a kindly swift reply,
and I send you my regards.
