One of the candidates for the title this year, à–rgryte, has started this season very bad. In the first game at home, à–rgryte lost to Helsingborg with 1-4. The away team, and specially Brazilian striker Alvaro Santos played much better, but 1-4 wasn't fair. à–rgryte missed a penalty at 1-2 in the first half, so the situation could have been totally different. But à–rgryte didn't deserve to win. In the second game, à–rgryte travelled to Elfsborg and the team got a nice start in the game. 1-0 on penalty after a few minutes and à–rgryte looked like winners after the first half, but Elfsorg scored 3 goals in the second and à–rgrytelost again. 2-7 after two games is very bad for a team like à–rgryte, so now the players are desperate for a victory and I think they won't have any problems on Friday. à–rgryte has played the first games without many important players. In my opinion, à–rgryte's best player, Brazilian striker Afonso is still out injured and he won't be back soon. Important midfielder Jeffrey Aubynn left the game against Elfsborg after only 10 minutes because he also got injured. He, Afonso, defender Valter Tomas Jr and midfielder Ulander will miss the game against Enköping. So why do I fancy the home win? Well, à–rgryte has still many great players and if they want to fight for the title, they cannot continue losing points, specially not against teams like Enköping. à–rgryte's players are highly motivated for this game and very hungry to take 3 points. Anything else than a victory against Enköping would be a huge disappointment. If à–rgryte only gets one point today, or even lose the game, media will probably start talking about crises in the team, but I don't think that will happen. What about newcomers Enköping? The team lost the first game away to AIK with 0-3 even though the team had many good chances to score. Enköping got the club's first point in Allsvenskan at home against Landskrona. The game ended up 1-1 and the result was pretty fair, but Enköping was closer to 3 points. Enköping isn't a bad team, but the players don't have much experience in Allsvenskan, so I think they will finish at the very bottom of the table. Enköping have some injuries as well, most important is Andreas Hermansson, great striker who has played for several teams in Allsvenskan before. I think Enköping would be a lot more dangerous to à–rgryte's defence if Hermansson was fit for this game. If à–rgryte had all ordinary players fit for this game, I wouldn't hesitate to take the home win with maximum stake, but with these squads, I only dare to put 8 units on this bet. Market average is 1.50, but Betinternet offers 1.60 for the home win.

2003-04-18 H-borg - Sundsvall by: Palini
Helsingborg got a good start winning against à–rgryte away with 4-1. But then their brasilian star Alvaro Santos was injured and will miss most of the season. Without him Helsingborg is an avarage team. With him, they can fight at the top of Allsvenskan. Helsingborg then lost to à–ster 0-3 at home, that result surely will put a lot of preassure and a lot of doubts in the minds of Helsingborg's players. There's also big economic troubles at Helsingborg right now. The club have huge debts at the moment, and could be forced to sell out players. Sundsvall has also one win and one loss, but the comments about Sundsvall has been all good. They have a strong defence and always fight hard, and this season the reports tell us that they also attack more, than last season. Sundsvall seem to be even stronger than last year, and I think they have a great chance to get at least a draw, against a worried Helsingborg, and I wouldn't be surprised if they win this game

à–rebro got a really bad start of Allsvenskan with two straight loses. I think they will do everything to get one point in this game, and the easiest way to do that is to defend 0-0 with the whole team. à–rebros new coach Lundin is also known for defensive football.
Halmstad has a very strong midfield, but I think they look rather weak up front, and they should get problems, trying to break down that wall of à–rebro players. That's at least what I hope and think.
