The gaming division has achieved a gross win margin of 9%, and new customer registrations have grown at an average of just under 5000 per month. Poker and casino products have grown strongly, especially since the re-launch of the ukbetting site, which also includes virtual racing and a range of skill-based games. Totalbet.com will be re-launched in the second half of the year. Goldbet, the European bookmaker acquired at the end of last year is showing encouraging signs of growth.
The content division continues to trade profitably. The integration of Rivals.net, Football365.com and Oddschecker.com is progressing well and they have already proved to be valuable additions to the division. User numbers are increasing steadily, and are now over the 6 million mark. Advertising revenue has been strong for the half year to 30 June 2004, continuing last year’s significant growth trend.
