Praticamente si gioca la doppia chance 1X @2,11 (si banca il Manchester @1,90)... il Manchester non sembra più quello degli anni passati... ormai sta lentamente "abdicando" a favore di Arsenal e Chelsea... in difesa, Keane e Phil Neville sembrano ormai troppo vecchi, a volte faticano quasi a tenere il passo degli avversari (anche se questi non sono dei fenomeni...) e spesso ricorrono a falli per spezzare le trame offensive degli avversari... l'ex Leeds Adam Smith, a cui Ferguson sembra voler affidare la guida del gioco dello United, non sembra (secondo me) ancora pronto per eseguire tale incarico...
Il Blackburn viene da 2 sconfitte consecutive ottenute fuori casa con Southampton e Arsenal, la prima delle quali molto immeritatamente e subita a causa di un rigore dubbio a tempo scaduto (già un pareggio in quella gara sarebbe risultato stretto per i Rovers); quindi avranno tutto la voglia per riscattarsi anche perchè (se non sbaglio) la prossima giornata hanno un altro match proibitivo col Chelsea... dovessero fallire oggi, fra due giornate si potrebbero trovare con un solo punto in classifica (sicuramente penseranno anche a ciò...)...

Aston Villa could have Lee Hendrie back in midfield after a shoulder injury.
Goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has had treatment for a knee problem picked up during the 3-0 defeat at Charlton, but he is expected to be fit to play.
Newcastle's Jermaine Jenas has shaken off a knee injury to stake a claim for a return to the starting line-up.
Lee Bowyer is short of match fitness but in the squad. Titus Bramble is battling against a hamstring problem and Darren Ambrose has a knee injury.
